Owner bake Tori trained at The School of Artisan Food, Nottinghamshire graduating in June 2013. This training focused on producing authentic breads using long fermentation techniques and included lots of placements at some of the leading real bread bakeries in the UK.
Initially operating from rented kitchens Tori is now baking from a purpose built bakery in her garden.
Real bread is at the core of the bakery's activities but Tori has a passion for baking pastries and patisserie with some celebration cake baking also.
Alongside Noke Lane Bakery, Tori is working with her friend, neighbour and cook Sarah Norman to combine their skills to host themed cooking and baking demonstrations and kids classes - all details can be found at Cook & Bake
